As an entrepreneur, strategist, and mother of three wonderful humans, I help holistic wellness practitioners and heart-led entrepreneurs connect with their dreams clients.

With over 15 years of experience in international marketing, agency consulting, and brand strategy, I bring the clarity, structure, and strategy to help you build or rebuild your business without burning out or selling out.​

I enjoy working with my clients to help them build a personalized marketing engine that works for them. My strengths lie in creating visually appealing products and systems that function well.

I didn’t take the traditional route to this work. My journey has carried me through corporate strategy sessions and seasons of struggle; both have shaped the way I serve.

My story includes some very dark days that included surviving domestic violence, mold illness, spiritual trauma, and mental health struggles. 

There were seasons when I didn’t know how I’d keep going. In those seasons, it was advocates, therapists, functional medicine doctors, chiropractors, and holistic practitioners who helped me find my way back to myself.

They paved the path forward and partnered with me to find healing. This gave me a second chance at life and changed the way I saw the world.

Through my experience, what I’ve learned is this: the best marketing isn’t about being loud, but it is about being true.

When I’m not creating with my clients, you’ll find me training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, rucking on a trail, listening to a podcast, or having a dance party in the kitchen with my kids.
